Community Involvement is a integral part of the Baird culture. As associates at Baird, we are encouraged to give back to our community. Our team is dedicated to the Paducah community so it's a great place to live and work for our family, friends and neighbors. We strive to be the number one advocate for Paducah and McCracken County.
Beyond Uganda
This local organization fund raises to provide basic necessities and educational opportunities to families in Uganda. Brent acts a Board Chair for Beyond Uganda. Not only does he help locally, but he and his family have been to Uganda many times as hands on volunteers.
Paducah Chamber of Commerce
Brent serves on the Board of Directors as Board Chair and holds the position of Chair on the Business Advocacy Committee. This group advocates for local business owners and encourages the development of Paducah. Brent was also a member of Leadership Paducah Class 33. Zack was a member of Leadership Paducah Class 36.
Kiwanis Club of Paducah
Brent is a former President of Kiwanis Club, and is now a Board Member. Kiwanis Club is a group of local professionals that work together throughout the year to raise money for community projects and work towards developing Paducah. Their ventures raise enough money to give away scholarships to graduating seniors, bikes to children in our community, and so many more initiatives.
Paducah Day Nursery
Zack currently serves as Vice President on the board for Paducah Day Nursery and Learning Center. This non-profit organization was established in 1911 and incorporated in 1916. Paducah Day Nursery and Learning Center offers quality care for children of parents with limited resources. Their ultimate goal is to prepare each child for primary and secondary education, and lay the foundation for life success.
Project United
Each year our team participates in Project United with the United Way of Paducah-McCracken County. This is the annual community-wide day of service working on projects at local non-profit agencies in our community.
Baird Gives Back
Every year firm wide Baird dedicates an entire week to giving back in our communities. This year our team was able to serve at the Family Service Society.
